Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you will be the primary on-the-ground partner for employee and labor strategy across the EMEA region, balancing diplomatic negotiation with compliance. You will advise regional leadership, manage high-stakes ER matters, and liaise with works councils and unions to support compliant, fair, and productive relations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and enable business growth, while aligning with the general HR agenda.
