Experteer Overview In this role you drive speed and cost performance for Amazon’s EU Same Day network. You partner with cross-functional teams and AMZL operations to translate demand into capacity plans, shaping scalable processes and networks. You will own strategic initiatives to optimize flow, balance supply and demand, and improve customer experience through data-driven decisions. This is a high-impact, autonomous role at the intersection of analytics, operations, and program management, focused on delivering fast, reliable service.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Lead strategic network capacity initiatives across business units
- Optimize flow of goods, information, and services in the supply chain network
- Balance supply and demand; evaluate and improve distribution and logistics efficiency
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for customer experience and operational improvements
- Define metrics, program management mechanisms, and simplify processes for capacity decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align on capacity goals




- Manage cross-functional capacity initiatives with a lean, continuous improvement approach
- Identify opportunities in inventory management, logistics strategy, and transportation optimization
- Monitor and optimize key capacity metrics to ensure smooth flow of goodsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links)
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience measuring operational metrics (order cycle time, ship estimate accuracy, on-time shipments, inventory defects)
- Ability to prioritize, scope large efforts, and negotiate timelines
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation (preferred)
- Experience influencing stakeholders and communicating to executive audiences (preferred)
