Overview As a Senior, hands-on Solutions Architect within Kyndryls ADAI practice, you will design and lead end-to-end data and AI solutions on Google Cloud. You’ll translate business needs into scalable architectures, guide delivery teams, and validate designs through POCs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional engineers to tackle complex data, analytics, and governance challenges. This role offers the chance to shape enterprise-scale data platforms in a collaborative, growth-focused environment on GCP. supporting engineering teams during implementation * Translate business and technical requirements into scalable designs and roadmaps * Participate in proofs-of-concept, architecture validation, and technical design sessions * Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and complex delivery challenges Requisitos principales * 7+ years as a Solutions Architect, Data Architect, Cloud Architect, or Lead Engineer * Experience delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics platforms * Strong GCP expertise (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Dataproc, Composer, Vertex AI, IAM, networking) * Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT, APIs, streaming architectures, and distributed systems * Knowledge of modern data architectures (data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse, real-time analytics) * leadership * independent problem solving * clear technical communication * Spark * Kafka * Airflow
