As a Principal Technical Program Manager at Amazon, you drive the roadmaps and technical direction for next-gen fulfillment centers and intralogistics systems. You lead large-scale engineering programs, align business and technical stakeholders, and drive design standardization and process excellence. You navigate ambiguous problem spaces, mitigate risks, and ensure solutions meet safety, security, and efficiency goals.

You communicate persuasively to Directors and VPs, mentor peers, and deliver high-impact, cross-functional programs that scale globally.
