In this role, you own end-to-end fintech implementations for Kantox clients, from design and planning to go-live and handover. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and engage C-Level stakeholders to deliver revenue-impacting deployments. The position combines client-facing workshops, solution design, and process improvements to scale complex implementations.

You’ll work in a collaborative Barcelona team, reporting to the Product Implementation Team Manager, with a meaningful hook around transforming how enterprises manage currency operations.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from design to go-live and handover
- Plan and track project progress, identifying risks and resolving issues across concurrent implementations
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Tech) to maintain momentum
- Engage external stakeholders at CFO/CTO/CEO level to align on success criteria




- Address technical questions with Product Management and Development regarding requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements to the implementation workflow

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years of project management experience in finance, consulting, or professional services
- Proven ability to run client workshops with senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of business finance and FX/currency markets
- Fluent in English; Italian, Spanish, or German is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills xugodme
- Curiosity for technology and ability to discuss Kantox solutions at a technical level
- Attention to detail and resilience managing multiple projects
- EU work authorization is a plus; visa sponsorship available
