Factorial is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical contact for enterprise and strategic accounts, guiding from pre-sales through onboarding and production adoption. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Security, Data, Partnerships, and Sales to remove blockers and ensure a smooth go-live. You’ll lead discovery sessions, design solutions, and coordinate end-to-end delivery while working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
