Experteer Overview As Senior Category Manager for Home in the EU, you own the end-to-end product strategy and assortment, shaping a high-quality Home offer that drives revenue and margins. You will build and scale the EU category, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with brand standards and in-stock goals. Your work directly impacts customer delight and business results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This role offers the chance to build the EU category from the ground up and accelerate Quince's value proposition.

- Own end-to-end product strategy and assortment for EU Home categories, including strategy, assortment, launches, and performance.

- Set long-term category strategy with potential department-building oversight.

- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute EU go-to-market plans.

- Work with Supply Chain and Sourcing to maximise category margins in the EU.

- Analyze sales velocity, margin, return rate to drive decisions.

- Coordinate with Design, Creative, Planning, and Marketing to ensure brand styling, in-stock positions, and traffic to key products.

- Lead quality improvements using ratings, reviews,



and return data.

- Onboard additional best-in-class vendors to expand the source base.

- Identify whitespace and refine product roadmap based on new information. xqbhyrx

- Develop site merchandising strategy and PDP/top nav optimization.

Responsabilidades

- 8-10 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in Home categories with proven ownership of category performance

- E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred

- History of advancing within organisations and growing responsibilities

- Product-minded with strong data-driven decision-making using data tools and external sources

- Strong customer intuition and both the science and art of retail merchandising

- Highly organized, execution-focused with scalable process-building and cross-functional alignment

- Continuous learner, proactive in adapting to challenges

- Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor's degree, preferred

- Role based in UK/EU offices with 4 days in office per week (London, Madrid, or Berlin)
