Overview In this role you drive the strategy and growth of Entrust's Identity Verification solutions. You'll own the roadmap, align it with business goals, and ensure scalable, regulatory-compliant delivery across geographies. You partner with engineering, design, sales, and operations to translate customer needs into impactful product decisions and go-to-market plans.

The role offers the chance to influence identity verification in a digital-first economy and work across integral markets, including financial services. You'll lead with data, mentor others, and shape the product's impact on customers and regulators.

Responsabilidades
- Define and own the market-driven product vision and roadmap
- Incorporate industry trends, customer feedback, and business objectives into product planning
- Identify opportunities to innovate in identity verification while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalability
- Analyze customer needs in identity verification workflows (KYC/AML) and translate insights into product decisions
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing,



and operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Develop and monitor KPIs for product success and report progress to leadership
- Lead and mentor junior product managers and cross-functional teams
- Partner with sales and business development on go-to-market strategies and product positioning

Requisitos principales
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Experience with identity verification, cybersecurity, or related fields
- Proven track record of leading SaaS product launches and lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of KYC/AML technologies, digital identities, biometrics, and document authentication
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholders and teams
- Proficiency in Agile product development methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
