Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview As Director Manufacturing MBS Europe you will oversee 10 European Masterbatch sites, ensuring safe, cost-efficient operations and strong staffing. You will shape the regional manufacturing strategy, drive capital investments, and lead HSE and quality performance across the network. You’ll engage cross-functional partners to optimize processes, budgeting, and KPIs while fostering staff development and industrial relations. This role offers impact through safety leadership, continuous improvement, and strategic site governance within a integral sustainability agenda.

Oversee 10 masterbatch sites across Europe, ensuring safety, compliance and cost efficiency

Direct operations through site managers and maintain industrial relations

Plan staffing, succession and staff development; ensure qualified personnel

Lead annual operations and capital budgets for the region; manage KPIs and reporting

Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities

Coordinate with Asset Manager, Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, and Planning teams





Develop reporting systems to inform regional management about site performance

Support cross-functional collaboration and ensure governance with local laws and standards

Responsabilidades

Engineering or Science degree or equivalent professional experience

Min 20 years of relevant industry experience

Min 5 years as site manager (preferred)

Experience in international assignments and multicultural environments

Experience managing remote, international teams

Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably plastic compounding

Strong business acumen and economics understanding

Excellent English (verbal and written); other European languages advantageous
