In this role you will own the Technical Enablement learning systems roadmap and translate business needs into scalable platform enhancements. You will collaborate with enablement, content, analytics, and program management teams to improve learner engagement and operational efficiency. You serve as a subject matter expert for learning technologies, driving upgrades, integrations, and governance to ensure reliability and adoption. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize learning delivery and drive measurable enablement outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to shape a global learning technology ecosystem at PTC and impact how customers, partners, and employees learn.

• Own and manage components of the Technical Enablement systems roadmap
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into product enhancements and platform capabilities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation with stakeholders
• Support strategic initiatives to improve learning delivery, content management, reporting, and learner experiences
• Serve as SME for learning technologies and enablement platforms
• Manage system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and release activities
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, performance, and adoption
• Support governance processes for learning systems and associated technologies
• Collaborate with training systems, curriculum strategy,
content development, analytics, and program management teams
• Engage learners, instructors, and business stakeholders to gather feedback
• Communicate roadmap updates, priorities, and adoption plans to key stakeholders
• Advocate for a learner-centric approach and analyze user journeys to improve usability and engagement
• Drive improvements that simplify administration while enhancing the learner experience
• Develop and monitor KPIs for platform success and use analytics for optimization
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and release activities
• Maintain documentation, processes, and support models
• Monitor platform health and work with support teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational effectiveness
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree related field
• 3+ years in Product Management, Business Systems, Learning Technologies, Digital Platforms, or related area
• Experience managing business applications or enterprise technology platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies
