Responsabilidades
- Lead global clinical studies from planning through delivery with quality, timeline, and budget accountability
- Co-lead cross-functional trial teams to drive collaboration and study execution excellence
- Develop operational strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation for successful outcomes
- Partner with internal experts and external vendors to deliver high-quality trial activities
- Monitor study progress,



resolve issues, and maintain inspection readiness throughout the lifecycle
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture that promotes learning and continuous improvement

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or another clinically relevant discipline
- Significant experience leading clinical studies in pharma, biotech, or CROs
- Strong knowledge of international clinical research regulations, quality standards, and health authority requirements
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams within complex global matrix environments
- Excellent project management, planning, and risk management with delivery track record
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
