In this role, you will lead the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, working across multidisciplinary teams and external advisors to deliver high-quality transactions from origination through to closing and integration.This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in M&A;, investment banking or corporate finance who are looking to take ownership of complex transactions in an international environment.Key Responsibilities- Lead the detailed assessment of investment opportunities, including financial, commercial, technical, regulatory and strategic analysis.- Build and present robust investment cases, supporting decision-making through clear financial and strategic rationale.- Coordinate end-to-end due diligence processes, working closely with internal teams (Finance, Technical, Legal, Tax and Development) as well as external advisors.- Prepare high-quality materials and recommendations for the Investment Committee.- Support and coordinate negotiations with sellers alongside legal and financial advisors, ensuring transaction terms align with the company's investment strategy.- Manage transaction execution through to financial close,



ensuring milestones are achieved and risks are appropriately managed.- Support the successful transition and integration of acquired assets following completion.What You Bring- At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&A;, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity or a related investment environment.- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.- A Master's degree in Finance or Investments is considered an advantage.- Proven experience participating in or leading complex transaction processes.- Strong financial analysis and valuation skills.- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders throughout transaction execution.- Advanced financial modelling skills.- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.Languages:- Spanish at a professional level is essential.- Other languages will be considered an asset.Why Join Exus?At Exus, we’re more than just a renewable energy company — we’re a mission-driven, fast-growing team committed to accelerating the global energy transition.
