Overview

As Project Engineer in Tudela, you will drive plant and general transformation initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to deliver on time. You'll leverage internal and external knowledge to propose improvements and run rapid experiments to learn and adapt. You will provide hands-on technical support for manufacturing equipment and solve complex technical problems, contributing to a culture of transformation and innovation within the plant.

Responsabilidades

- Support development and execution of data-driven initiatives to foster transformation and innovation in the plant
- Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to execute plant and global transformation projects on time
- Leverage internal and external knowledge to propose transformation initiatives
- Run rapid experimentation to learn from successes/failures and identify better approaches
- Identify, develop and implement solutions to complex technical problems




- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Automation preferred)
- Experience leading, coordinating, or supporting projects in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in automation, industrial equipment, or industrial technologies
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously
- Broad knowledge of information technology tools and systems
- Open mind to adopt new technologies and methods
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
