As a Project Manager in Compliance within Global Trade Operations, you ensure Trade Finance teams implement Group procedures effectively. You act as the main liaison for Compliance and the Central Control Plan, safeguarding operational integrity and enabling process improvement. You will develop detailed project plans, manage budgets and scope, and provide guidance on compliance clarifications to operational teams.

You will lead governance to keep sponsors informed and drive risk-aware decisions across global stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to shape control frameworks in a dynamic, international trade finance environment.

Responsabilidades

- 10 to 12 years of experience in Trade Finance and Project Management
- Budgeting, analysis, and project lifecycle management
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and complex stakeholder relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and client-facing needs
- Autonomy, analytical thinking, and calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interest in Blockchain or RPA
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid model
