Experteer Overview In this role you will lead global, multi-currency consolidation and CTA/FX accounting, shaping how the business manages foreign exchange and financial close across entities. You’ll work with Treasury to design hedging strategies and oversee a broad derivatives portfolio, while driving system-enabled transformation of finance and treasury processes. The position offers a path to leadership in a fast-growing fintech with a global footprint. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reporting, delivering clear insights to executive leadership.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Lead multi-currency monthly close across international entities, including intercompany eliminations and CTA movement roll-forwards - Manage CTA and FX accounting in IFRS across global subsidiaries - Design, execute and monitor balance sheet and cash flow hedging strategies for derivatives (forwards, swaps, options) under IFRS 9 - Drive ERP (NetSuite) and Treasury Management System (TMS)
