You will shape integration strategy from gap analysis to final validation, ensuring robust, tested solutions. Responsabilidades

- Define and drive the integration strategy from gap analysis to final validation
- Identify project needs and update User Requirement Specifications (URS) through gap analyses
- Design and execute test, commissioning, and integration plans for railway systems




- Lead integration testing in laboratories and on-site deployments
- Collaborate with Headquarters and System Management to specify requirements
- Promote continuous improvement by automating processes and applying lessons learned across projects

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years experience in system testing, requirements management, traceability, and incident resolution
- Strong knowledge of railway systems, especially ERTMS L1/L2 (on-board and trackside) and Interlocking
- Experience with System Integration and System Test Benches in international environments
- Excellent xugodme communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel for global project deployments
- Previous experience with Siemens products and system development methodologies (nice to have)
- Process improvement mindset and ability to devise innovative technical solutions
