As Senior Project Manager you lead end-to-end delivery of solar and energy projects within the EMEA region, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality meet contractual commitments. You coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes while maximizing customer satisfaction. You own project performance, including financials, logistics, and risk mitigation, and advocate for customer needs across the organization. This role offers high-impact, cross-functional exposure in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Own and manage the project/account lifecycle from handover through commissioning to final closure, ensuring 100% alignment with contract and full revenue collection.
• Develop and maintain detailed execution plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation.

• Lead governance with regular progress meetings and clear reporting, managing customer expectations and internal advocacy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales,



Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Field Service) to ensure design, material availability, and on-site execution align with schedule.
• Ensure HSE, quality standards, and regulatory compliance on-site; drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Provide technical guidance on Nextpower solutions and support customers and internal teams with product and project insights. xqbhyrx
• Drive change orders, claims, and variations with customers and suppliers while pursuing zero-value leakage.
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in renewable energy, solar, or EPC environments
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and construction processes
• Solid financial acumen: budgeting, margin tracking, cost control, cash flow
• Experience with ERP systems and project management tools; PMP or equivalent is valued
• Experience with PV technology and solar tracking systems is highly valued
• Fluent English; willingness to travel ~20%
