We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive leadership teams. This role is central to driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and leadership development across dynamic matrixed environments. You will lead initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, enable scalable growth, and align people strategies with business priorities.





As a key member of the Business HR team, you will collaborate across the HR value chain—including corporate and country HR partners—to solve business challenges, guide change management efforts, and ensure the seamless execution of integral HR programs. Your ability to influence, coach, and consult with senior leaders will be critical to shaping the future of Keysight’s workforce.

This position reports to the Global Business HR Director.
