¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

- Deliver SAP SD (AFS) functional consulting services across assigned projects, enhancements, and ongoing operational support.
- Gather, analyze, and align business requirements in close collaboration with business functions and stakeholders.
- Lead solution blueprinting, including system configuration and customization of SAP AFS SD to meet business requirements.
- Create, review, and maintain functional design and specification documents for developments and integrations.
- Manage and support system integrations using middleware platforms such as Boomi and Seeburger, and SAP add-ons including SLT and ASAPIO.
- Plan and execute integration testing activities, ensuring end-to-end process validation.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect analysis, resolution, and liaison with technical teams.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver end-user and stakeholder training sessions.
- Lead product enhancements, incident resolution, and proactive risk management activities.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure SAP solutions comply with security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Drive measurable business outcomes through effective solution design, system customization, and continuous improvement.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?





A successful SAP Solutions Manager should have:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP AFS SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
- In-depth knowledge of:
- AFS Sales Order Management
- Grid values (size/color), variants, and characteristics
- Allocation Run, Seasonality, and Pre-pack functionality
- Strong understanding of standard SAP SD Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Experience with AFS-specific transactions, master data, and tables.
- Good knowledge of integration points with MM, FI, and WM/EWM.
- Ability to perform SAP configuration and customization independently.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Proven experience in the Fashion & Textile industry, with a solid understanding of industry-specific business processes and challenges.
- Practical knowledge of Consignment, eCommerce (B2C), and B2B sales processes within SAP SD/AFS environments.
- Experience supporting and optimizing end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes across wholesale, retail, and digital sales channels.
- Understanding of omnichannel sales processes, customer fulfillment, returns management, and inventory visibility in fashion retail environments.

Nice to Have

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fashion SD solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP AFS to SAP S/4HANA Fashion migration and transformation programs.
- Experience working in global or multi-country SAP environments.
