In this role you will lead and grow a team of outbound SDRs in the DACH region, driving pipeline and coaching through hands-on leadership. You will partner with SDR management to shape strategies, develop processes, and ensure team success in contributing to Perk’s growth. You’ll craft training, refine playbooks, and maintain data-driven operations to maximize output. Responsabilidades

Lead and coach up to 8 outbound SDRs; conduct weekly 1:1s; set development goals; review performance

Mentor and onboard juniors; identify training needs

Design and deliver engaging training (role-plays, pitch simulations, gamification) and share best practices

Become Perk product expert and guide the team in delivering value to prospects





Collaborate with SDR Managers and stakeholders to create playbooks, scripts, and materials

Drive operational excellence by improving processes and ensuring data accuracy across SDR

Drive new prospecting techniques to grow outbound pipeline and lead generation innovation

Foster cross-functional communication with Sales to align goals, feedback, and strategies

Requisitos principales

Extensive experience in outbound sales/sales development with full sales cycle experience

Business fluency in German; knowledge of German business culture

Passion for coaching and developing xugodme junior talent; leadership experience preferred but not required

Clear communicator; able to break down complex ideas into concise steps

Great listener; understands team dynamics to drive coaching conversations

Organised and focused; strong prioritisation and execution

Detail-oriented with focus on CRM updates and operational excellence

Comfort with using tools and technology to drive productivity coaching and mentoring clear communication active listening
