In this Senior Accountant role, you will lead the European month-end closing and oversee General Ledger activities, driving process improvements across accounting. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. The role combines hands-on accounting with mentoring and automation initiatives in a fast-paced closing cycle.

Responsabilidades

- Execute and oversee month-end closings
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory accounting




- Ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial processes
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide updates
- Support and guide junior accountants within the team
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
- Work with SAP and Excel to manage and analyze financial data
- Collaborate with the wider European accounting teams
- Maintain high performance during the 5-day closing period

Requisitos principales

- Strong background in accounting
- Advanced command of Excel
- Experience with SAP
- High level of English (mandatory)
- Ability to work independently xugodme and take ownership of tasks
- Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement and optimization
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure during closing periods
