Overview

In this role you partner with Deels Global Payroll GTM and internal teams to advance the Global Payroll offering. You translate complex client needs into scalable, compliant solutions and support the full sales cycle from discovery to hand-off. You act as the technical voice during sales cycles, handling discovery, RFP responses, platform demonstrations and integration workshops. You collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to advocate for prospect needs and accelerate deal velocity. You join a fast-moving, inclusive SaaS environment shaping the future of work through trusted payroll and HR infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

- Showcase the value of Deel’s Integral Payroll Platform to drive technical wins with go-to-market teams.
- Consult with prospects to assess payroll practices and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Own solution discovery, RFP responses, platform demonstrations,



and integration workshops.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to advocate for prospect needs and speed deals.
- Challenge status quo to scale, improve, and refine offerings.
- Stay current on global payroll legislation, trends and best practices.
- Support Partnership & Marketing initiatives

Requisitos principales

- Minimum of 4 years as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant
- Experience in Global Payroll or HCM organizations
- Strong understanding of HCM/ERP payroll integrations, especially Workday and SuccessFactors
- Willingness to travel within and outside territory (~10% or less)
- Excellent presentation skills with a focus on value; multilingual capability a bonus
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a startup, fast-moving environment
- Fluent second language is a plus
