Experteer Overview As part of Liebherr’s SAP Center of Excellence in Madrid, you will drive data migration for the global S/4HANA program. You design and execute robust migration approaches, align with the general template and data governance. You’ll lead workshops, map data, and ensure high-quality data loads across waves. The role combines hands-on execution with advisory duties, collaborating with international teams in a hybrid Madrid setup.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Design, execute, and continuously improve data migration processes for the global S/4HANA program
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end data migration solutions (profiling, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation)
- Act as an advisor to data owners and process leads through all migration phases (design, extraction, cleansing, load, cutover, hypercare)
- Lead data mapping workshops, mock migrations, data quality reviews, and cutover rehearsals
- Produce and maintain data migration documentation (templates, data object specs, mapping catalogs, test evidence) using Jira and Confluence
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and compliant data loads
- Travel up to 30% to Liebherr sites for deployments and engagementResponsabilidades




- 3+ years of SAP data migration experience in S/4HANA transformations with at least one full-cycle migration project
- Functional knowledge of SAP data domains (FI, SD, MM, LE, SCM, MDM, PS, PM, Business Partners) and familiarity with SAP MDG and data governance
- Experience delivering data migration for core S/4HANA objects (BP, Material, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing)
- Hands-on experience with SAP migration tools (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS); ChainSys knowledge is astrong advantage
- Ability to diagnose data quality issues, design remediation activities, and implement repeatable migration processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English; other languages (e.G., German) a plus
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in multicultural, cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
- SAP S/4HANA certification or equivalent credentials are a strong plusRequisitos principales
