Overview In this role you drive strategic initiatives within Alira Health's PMO, translating corporate strategy into actionable plans and ensuring high-impact project delivery and M&A; integrations. You lead cross-functional teams, partner with the COO and senior leadership, and advance operational governance and process optimization. Your work shapes the organization's strategic execution and transformation across global offices.

Responsabilidades

- Oversee budgets and financial performance for corporate projects, track costs, resources, and risks
- Lead breakdown of strategic goals into operational plans and drive large-scale initiatives within the PMO portfolio
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate M&A; and operational improvements into wider strategy
- Establish governance frameworks, standardize PM practices across offices, ensure regulatory compliance
- Design and implement client governance to align operations with client needs and monitor satisfaction
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership; represent the PMO in leadership meetings




- Provide mentorship and development pathways for PMO team members and foster accountability and continuous improvement
- Lead process optimization and adoption of lean/agile methodologies; drive adoption of tools and technologies to improve efficiency
- Oversee the PMO portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes
- Identify and implement AI-enabled capabilities to enhance management workflows and reduce manual effort

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's degree
- 6-7+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years leading cross-functional teams in a general environment
- Proven track record with large-scale operational projects and strategic planning
- Experience working with senior leadership (COO or C-suite)
- Familiarity with international operations, especially US and EU markets
- Exceptional leadership and team management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across functions and geographies
- Strategic thinking with execution focus
- Expertise in project portfolio management tools and methodologies
- Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Financial performance tracking and KPI analysis
