Responsabilidades

Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and shape strategic initiatives

Lead analytical deep dives to surface insights and translate them into actionable recommendations





Visualize and communicate findings to enable data-driven decisions across the organization

Apply statistical methods to evaluate performance and account for uncertainties

Prototype AI-driven automation to streamline investigations and improve decision-making

Requisitos principales

Predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, data visualization

Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, including campaign optimization, LTV modeling, and incrementality analysis

SQL and Python proficiency; experience xugodme with Redshift, Databricks, PySpark, and Airflow

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; translate ambiguous questions into insights

Excellent communication; explain complex data in simple terms

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus

Team player with proven data analytics/datascience experience

Bachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics; Masters preferred strong communication collaboration problem-solving
