In this role you will own Belgium payroll processing as part of Deel's global payroll platform, guiding junior teammates and ensuring compliant, accurate delivery. You will work with cross-functional partners to optimize processes, implement new payroll systems, and address complex regulatory requirements. Responsabilidades

- Oversee payroll data processing for Belgium employees
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Verify and reconcile salaries, hours,



and deductions
- Assist with payroll tax calculations and filings
- Provide payroll support to employees
- Ensure compliance with Belgium payroll laws and regulations
- Lead the implementation of new payroll processes and systems

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in payroll or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Belgium xugodme payroll laws and regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in English, Dutch or French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
