Morgan Philips Executive Search is partnering with a leading international industrial and engineering organization undergoing a significant integral transformation to identify a strategic People Partner.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the workforce, leadership and organizational capabilities required to support an ambitious growth agenda across multiple geographies. Working alongside senior business leaders, the selected candidate will help translate business strategy into people, capability and organizational plans that create long-term value.
More than a traditional HR Business Partner role, this position sits at the intersection of business strategy, organizational effectiveness and workforce transformation. The successful candidate will operate as a genuine member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic discussions and influencing decisions that shape the future of the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning and capability-building initiatives aligned with business objectives, financial forecasts and evolving organizational needs.
- Lead talent review and succession planning discussions, ensuring robust leadership pipelines for critical positions while supporting the development of managers and future leaders within the organization.
- Bring an external market perspective on talent trends, scarce capabilities and competitive employer positioning.
- Partner with senior stakeholders on organizational design, operating models and transformation initiatives, ensuring structures remain effective, agile and scalable.
- Build a high-performance culture where accountability, differentiation and continuous development are embedded in everyday leadership practices.
- Strengthen employee engagement and ensure cultural consistency across an increasingly international organization.
- Strategic Business Partnership: Using data, insight and business understanding,
support leaders through data-driven insights and sound business judgment, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a service provider. You will work closely with specialist HR teams to deliver integrated solutions across the employee lifecycle while balancing people priorities with operational and financial realities.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree required. A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field would be considered an advantage.
- More than 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent management and organizational development, with demonstrated success supporting transformation, organizational growth and international expansion initiatives.
- Experience working across different countries and multicultural environments. Exposure to Europe and the United States would be particularly valuable.
- Commercially minded HR professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and is comfortable operating as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in a complex international environment.
- Strong business acumen and experience balancing workforce decisions with financial and operational considerations.
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders in complex environments.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Based in Madrid or willing to relocate.
