Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead SAP data migration efforts within Bayer’s CORE Transformation, focusing on accurate mapping, cleansing, and validation across SAP ECC and S/4HANA. You will coordinate with value streams and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and timely delivery through the migration lifecycle. Your work supports the transformation goals by aligning data activities with business needs and governance standards. This is a collaborative, impact-driven opportunity to shape data integrity during a major SAP transformation.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Data mapping and migration within SAP R2D value stream
• Coordinate data migration activities from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
• Drive data quality, cleansing, and validation
• Coordinate validation with Bayer and suppliers; ensure data availability and criteria compliance
• Maintain documentation of mapping rules, processes, and validation results
• Collaborate with business, value streams,



and IT teams; provide leadership updates on mapping progress and challenges
• Identify migration risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and SAP standards

Responsabilidades
• Total 7+ years experience in data-related roles, with at least 1 year in SAP data migration projects
• Familiarity with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data structures
• Strong data mapping, cleansing, and transformation expertise for master and transaction data
• SQL query skills and experience with data migration tools
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across cultures; Agile familiarity
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
