In this role you will support mobility, infrastructure and public-sector clients with strategic planning, transformation and business-case development. You will lead workstreams, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and translate analysis into actionable recommendations. You’ll shape operating models, governance and investment decisions while coaching junior consultants. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with practical delivery to drive client impact and growth for Arup Spain.

- Support clients in strategic, operational and organisational challenges in the transport/mobility sector
- Develop strategic assessments, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
- Design future operating models and drive organisational change initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Translate complex challenges into structured, actionable programmes
- Develop business cases and option assessments for major programmes
- Evaluate implications of investment decisions and prioritise transformation programmes
- Lead consulting workstreams and coordinate multidisciplinary inputs
- Manage project planning, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement
- Deliver high-quality client-facing reports and presentations
- Coach and mentor junior consultants and contribute to business growth at Arup Spain
Responsabilidades
- 6+ years in management consulting, strategy, transformation or related fields
- Experience in business case development, xugodme transformation programmes, operating model design or strategic planning
- Experience leading complex workstreams and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-derived insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports
- Ability to work independently and proactively in evolving environments
- Fluent in Spanish and English
