Financial control of operationsMonthly monitoring of the P&L for each building.Analysis of deviations from budget.Control of cleaning, laundry, maintenance, utilities, amenities, energy and other operational costs.Identification of cost-saving opportunities and margin improvement initiatives, measuring costs per stay, apartment or check-in.Definition and monitoring of operational and financial KPIs using dashboards.2.



Procurement and supplier managementNegotiation of supplier rates and contracts.Standardisation of suppliers across buildings.Review of contracts and service levels (SLAs).Identification of more competitive alternatives.3. Profitability analysisProfitability analysis by building, city and business unit.ROI studies for new investments.Financial evaluation of operational projects.4.
