About the role

We're looking for a motivated, results-oriented Business Consultant. In this role you will:

- Manage a portfolio of restaurants, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, owning their Delivery Channel while supporting them with any other solution they need.
- Drive client success, implementing best-in-class delivery strategies and optimizing their operations.
- Build strong relationships with owners, managers, and key stakeholders through proactive communication.
- Make data-driven decisions, analyzing KPIs to identify improvements and track progress.
- Design standardized processes to scale best practices across operations.
- Stay current on industry trends, technology, and the competitive landscape.

We're a hands-on startup. We're looking for someone who enjoys building and executing, is comfortable in fast-changing environments, and is motivated by real impact on the product and the company.

What you need (requirements)

- Experience:



2–3 years in a high-performance consulting or tech environment (F&B;, hospitality, or on-demand delivery a plus).
- Project management: ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
- Analytical profile: proficiency with data analysis tools and Excel.
- Communication: excellent written and verbal communication, ability to build rapport and explain complex information to diverse audiences.
- Languages: fluent Spanish and English (required).
- Tools: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have (not disqualifying):

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field — not a requirement if your background compensates with relevant experience.
- Catalan.

Hiring process

1. Initial screening with the People team (30 min).
2. Interview with Sr Consultant — focus on experience and fit (45 min).
3. Business case exercise — analysis of a real client case.
4. Final interview with leadership to present the case.

Estimated timeline: 2–3 weeks from the first interview. We give feedback at every stage, whether or not the answer is yes.

Growth

This role has a clear path toward Senior Consultant and Team Lead positions as you grow with the client portfolio and the team.
