In this role you will support and resolve incidents for cybersecurity products deployed in high-security environments, participate in commissioning, and gather customer needs for improvements. You will help deploy and update platforms, mock-ups, and prototypes, and support cross-domain infrastructures. You work closely with customers and the cross-functional teams to drive reliable, secure solutions. Responsabilidades

- Resolve incidents for cybersecurity products in high-security environments
- Participate in product commissioning and deployment activities
- Gather customer needs and propose improvements
- Contribute to deployment and update of platforms, mock-ups and prototypes
- Support design, deployment and xkdbapo maintenance of infrastructures for Cross-Domain products

Requisitos principales

- Experience in communications infrastructure and/or cybersecurity
- English proficiency at B2 (B2)

- Networking: TCP/IP protocols, Firewall, switches, routers
- Systems: Windows and Linux
- Virtualization
- Knowledge and interest in Cybersecurity
