In this socially focused design role, you will craft engaging static, motion, and video content for a integral automotive brand. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to raise craft, scale workflows, and push fresh, culturally relevant executions while adhering to brand guidelines. You’ll own projects from exploration to delivery and collaborate across Design, Content, Creative, Production, and Community Management.

The position centers on advancing social-first creative and scalable design systems to impact campaigns and local-market requests.

- Develop social-first visual concepts and creative solutions for campaigns and content calendars
- Translate objectives into engaging static, motion, and video executions
- Own projects from exploration through delivery
- Conduct image research and reference gathering to guide creative directions
- Apply brand guidelines while delivering fresh executions; design for diverse platforms and markets
- Maintain awareness of social trends and platform behaviors
- Create high-quality motion graphics using After Effects and adapt assets across formats
- Collaborate with Production and other motion specialists
- Use Figma for collaborative design, component libraries, and scalable design systems
- Participate in creative reviews and provide constructive feedback




- Prepare final files and design documentation; manage multiple projects and communicate progress
- Explore AI-assisted tools to improve research, ideation, and production processes
- Share techniques with the team and support less-experienced designers
- Contribute to a culture of curiosity, collaboration, accountability, and high creative standards
- Identify workflow improvements to reduce rework and production time
- Estimate effort with Design Lead and Project Management to support realistic planning

Responsabilidades

- +5 years of professional experience in social media design, motion design, or related fields
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft, conceptual thinking, motion design, and social-first xugodme work
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects
- Advanced proficiency in Figma with components, libraries, and design systems
- High proficiency in Photoshop
- Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, typography, composition, and storytelling
- Ability to work within brand guidelines while applying creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to own projects and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Clear communication and teamwork in an international English-speaking setting
- Curiosity about new tools, workflows, and technologies
