Experteer Overview
In this role you will own and evolve the Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform to support Quote-to-Order and downstream Order-to-Cash. You will collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to optimize commercial processes and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. You drive platform administration, configuration, automation, and integrations to enable business growth. This is a chance to lead digital transformation within a cross-functional team and shape revenue operations at scale.

• Own and maintain the Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform, ensuring reliability, security, data quality, and governance
• Coordinate releases and deployments
• Configure products, bundles, pricing, discounts, and quote templates; maintain approval workflows
• Standardize and improve sales processes across business units; ensure downstream compatibility with order fulfilment and billing
• Configure and maintain Salesforce Flows and automations; design scalable solutions using OmniStudio components




• Translate business requirements into maintainable Salesforce solutions; identify automation opportunities
• Contribute to integrations with ERP systems and support API-based data orchestration
• Collaborate with IT and external partners on integrations; troubleshoot data flow issues
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and support training and documentation

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience
• At least 1 year experience with Agentforce Revenue Management (Revenue Cloud)
• Experience in Agile delivery teams
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce certifications are a strong advantage
