In this role you will design and implement high-performance intralogistics solutions for Amazons fulfillment and distribution network. You will partner with internal teams and suppliers to own multiple projects from concept to design approval, then hand off to Ops Engineering for installation and commissioning. You will tackle green-field, brown-field, and retrofit projects across global facilities, shaping next-generation fulfillment centers and cross-border logistics.

You will operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive technical leadership and business-case-driven decisions. This is a hands-on role with meaningful impact on scale, efficiency and safety.

Responsabilidades

Invent and implement engineering solutions for material flow and human/machine efficiency across the general supply chain

Lead design and innovation efforts for fulfillment and transportation networks, covering equipment specs, layout,



and IP considerations

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions quickly

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, influencing and communicating with partners, contractors, and vendors

Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects and present the roadmap and solutions to senior executives

Coordinate hand-off to Ops Engineering for installation, commissioning, and post-launch support

Requisitos principales

Experience in engineering xugodme and estimating material handling and storage systems

Experience designing solutions for large, high-volume sorting operations

Bachelor in Engineering or foreign equivalent

Experience with design & innovation and R&D;

Experience in management of engineering design projects

Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software leadership excellent communication cross-functional collaboration system design and optimization material handling equipment automation and robotics concepts
