Overview In this role you will advance EcoVadis' conversational AI capabilities by designing multi-turn agents and integrating LLM-based reasoning into enterprise data workflows. You will mentor peers, lead initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions that boost customer value and support sustainability goals. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position within a growing AI Center of Excellence.

Responsabilidades
- Design and test multi-turn, state-aware conversational systems using LLM reasoning loops and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
- Innovate with new AI frameworks and recent generative AI advances
- Mentor junior team members and lead functional teams to accelerate Conversational AI adoption
- Lead end-to-end AI initiatives from design to integration and delivery
- Leverage Python, MLflow, Azure stack and Databricks to build, benchmark, and maintain AI/ML models




- Engage with customers to assess needs and translate them into solutions that drive business value
- Keep abreast of AI/ML trends and apply insights to EcoVadis' challenges

Requisitos principales
- 8+ years in machine learning and NLP, with at least 4+ years in production Conversational AI
- Advanced knowledge of agentic frameworks and experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous agentic systems at scale
- Experience leading end-to-end AI initiatives and strong software development practices
- Excellent mentoring and accountability for high-quality, timely delivery
- Cross-functional collaboration with Engineers and Product Managers
- Experience building conversational interfaces for complex enterprise domains (a plus)
- Peer-reviewed publications in top NLP/AI venues (a plus)
