This includes development, governance and optimization of processes to enable better performance, higher efficiency and superior customer satisfaction.The role is there to creating the knowledge bank for SCP within the SWE Area to ensure we unlock potential of the system fully.The role is expected to work closely with the Functional Product Owners to define and establish best in class process.
