Experteer Overview In this role you support production teams and translate engineering designs into plant processes. You will implement and optimize production methods, ensure quality and compliance, and collaborate with contractors to deliver reliable manufacturing. The position sits at a Montornes del Valles aerospace plant and offers opportunities to drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced, technical environment. - Provide technical support to production lines and operators
- Translate engineering designs into effective plant processes
- Support transfers, trials and implementation of new/modified processes
- Set up and adjust complex production equipment
- Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers to define technical requirements and ensure quality
- Monitor product specs and compliance with aerospace standards




- Identify and implement technical improvements and process optimizations
- Track KPIs and pursue continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to technical guidelines and engineering standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in the fieldResponsabilidades
- University degree in Chemistry, Material or Chemical Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in chemical processes
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Proactive, adaptable, and resilient with strong communication skills
- Autonomous, decisive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in production and industrialization processes and lab test validation
- Knowledge of quality standards valued
