and cross-functional SAP teams to diagnose issues, restore service, and prevent recurrence.This individual is expected to operate as a hands-on problem solver who understands both the technical and functional dimensions of the Lead-to-Cash process and can independently drive issues from identification through resolution.Experience5+ years SAP functional or techno-functional experience supporting Order-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash processes.Experience supporting SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA production environments.Demonstrated success working in post-go-live stabilization and continuous support environments.Experience troubleshooting complex transactional, integration, and master data issues. xqziphu Experience working with AMS providers and multi-vendor support models.
