Experteer Overview In this role you lead the RISK ESG Madrid Hub, shaping the ESG risk agenda within BNP Paribas’ risk framework. You build capabilities, manage a multi‑location team, and deliver strategic insights to inform Top Management. You engage in cross‑risk analyses, regulatory dialogue, and transversal projects, contributing to the Group’s ESG risk strategy while developing international leadership from Madrid.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Lead and grow the Madrid hub, ensuring high‑quality delivery in coordination with Paris and London teams
- Onboard, coach, and develop the Madrid team; optimize staffing as priorities shift
- Represent the Madrid team in the RISK ESG Management Committee and coordinate across streams
- Contribute to Board presentations and coordinate content with relevant teams
- Produce strategic notes on emerging themes, performance signals, and risks for Head of RISK ESG and Group CRO
- Support RISK ESG teams on BAU or projects (e.G., ESG questionnaires,



portfolio analysis, deep dives)
- Contribute to Supervisory On‑Site Inspection recommendations, coordination, and closure
- Navigate evolving ESG priorities and adapt scope as neededResponsabilidades
- 15+ years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, IG, or equivalent
- ESG experience considered a plus
- Strong leadership, people management, and resource planning abilities
- Analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex topics for senior management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities
