As a PEGA Systems Expert at Santander, you translate functional needs into robust PEGA solutions within the CoE BPM team. You will design data models, document and certify deliverables, and ensure integration across platforms. You’ll tackle complex issues with reusable, well-documented assets and alignment to Group Santander IT strategies. Your work supports secure, reliable, and scalable financial solutions that drive business transformation.

Responsabilidades

- Translate functional requirements into PEGA technical specifications and deliverables
- Design and develop data models per specifications
- Document solutions in Group Santander tools and ensure traceability




- Certify delivery and integrate components with other systems
- Develop high-quality, reusable assets for multiple projects
- Plan and execute testing to guarantee solution quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment

Requisitos principales

- Total IT experience ~6 years
- At least 4 years in Pega Systems (N2/N3)
- Strong technical xkdbapo capability as a Senior Process Developer
- English and Spanish fluency (written and spoken)
- Experience with BPM technologies and systems integration
- Willingness for international travel
