Experteer Overview In this role you protect Glovo’s marketplace by identifying opportunities to cut fraud losses and boost profitability through advanced risk rules and machine learning. You’ll design and roll out end-to-end fraud controls, measure impact, and iterate for improvement while working with Product, Engineering, and Data Science. You’ll monitor fraud patterns with SQL, Python, and analytics platforms, and develop executive dashboards to track risk and compliance. This is a hands-on, data-driven role that shapes risk strategies across regions and collaborates with cross-functional partners to deliver safer, scalable growth.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Identify opportunities to reduce fraud losses across streams using risk rules and ML
- Design, implement, and roll out end-to-end fraud prevention controls; measure impact and iterate
- Support setups and analysis of A/B tests to evaluate controls
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to propose preventive fraud controls
- Perform risk analysis using SQL, Python and platforms like Looker/BigQuery to detect patterns
- Contribute to ML workflows by defining features and validating models with Data Science




- Maintain centralized escalation process for suspected fraud with timely reviews and regional alignment
- Develop and maintain executive Looker dashboards for fraud OKRs, exposure, and compliance
- Communicate complex fraud topics clearly to diverse audiences and drive data-driven decisionsResponsabilidades
- 1-3 years in fraud prevention, risk management, fintech or analytics
- Bachelor in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Strong SQL skills; Python or similar analytics tools a plus
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or equivalents
- Understanding of precision vs. recall and AB testing principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset; willingness to learn inrisk/fintech
