Overview In this role you will support a Gibraltar-based development company by handling technical office operations, tendering, and health and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-efficient tenders, manage documentation, and ensure site safety compliance. The position offers long-term progression and a chance to influence projects from planning through to execution in a dynamic environment. and document control * Control project planning (MS Project and Oracle Primavera P6) * Health & Safety tasks (RA/RAMS, inductions, audits) * Be the principal contact for utilities and liaison for local authorities Requisitos principales * Degree in Civil / Construction Engineering or similar * 5+ years’ experience in a technical office with tendering experience * Proven site Health and Safety experience * AutoCAD and document management systems * High level of technical English * Gibraltar experience highly advantageous * AutoCAD * Microsoft Project (MS Project) * Oracle Primavera P6 * document management systems * tendering
