Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Scheduling * Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project * Define WBS, critical paths, and key milestones in coordination with project teams * Track vigente progress against baseline, identify deviations, and propose recovery plans * Review and integrate subcontractor schedules into the master plan Cost Control & Reporting * Support cost tracking and budget monitoring (EAC, ETC, variance analysis) * Prepare S-curves, progress reports, and dashboards for management review * Assist in the preparation and follow-up of Variation Orders and claims when needed Risk & Alert Management * Proactively identify schedule risks and bottlenecks * Raise early warnings to Project Managers and suggest corrective actions * Ensure timely communication of delays and their potential impact What We Are Looking For Must-have:3+ years of experience in project planning and/or cost control within EPC projectsSolid knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS ProjectUnderstanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
