Overview In this role you will lead Unusual Ventures’ Founder Services and Platform teams to accelerate portfolio companies. You’ll own day-to-day operations, align resources with founder needs, and set high standards for value-added support. You will collaborate closely with the founder ecosystem and shape repeatable programs that help startups scale from pre-seed to Series B. This is a senior, impact-driven role that blends operational leadership with hands-on founder coaching.
