Experteer Overview As a Paid Motion Designer at Factorial, you will scale our performance marketing by producing high-volume motion ads and translating brand essence into compelling visuals. You’ll work with AI-native tools to iterate quickly, grounded in performance data to drive business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional marketing team to ensure consistent brand storytelling across channels.
