Experteer Overview In this role, you will own the health and readiness of MONOPOLY GO!'s live roadmap and release ecosystem, leading cross-functional teams to coordinate frequent live releases. You’ll shape the end-to-end operating model from roadmap to post-release validation, balancing speed with risk and quality at scale. You’ll partner with Engineering to improve tooling, automation, and observability, and you’ll guide critical launches and incident responses. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of Production, Live Ops, Product, Engineering, and QA, within Scopely’s MONOPOLY GO! team.Compensaciones / Ventajas - Own live roadmap health, ensure realistic priorities, sequencing, and release plans - Define and evolve end-to-end operating model from definition to post-release review - Lead release governance, risk gates, ownership, go/no-go, rollback planning, and validation - Coordinate high-frequency live releases across Product, Engineering, Live Ops, Production, QA, Content, and partners - Identify risks early and drive mitigation and decision-making - Partner with Engineering to improve deployment pipelines, configuration workflows, observability, dashboards, and tooling - Translate operational needs into technical requirements and prioritize tooling improvements - Establish metrics and reporting for roadmap health, throughput, incidents,



and time to resolution - Improve workflows by reducing handoffs and increasing automation - Lead during critical launches or incidents requiring cross-functional coordination - Drive operational change and embed new processes and tooling across teams - Build trusted partnerships with senior Product, Engineering, Production, QA, Data, and Live Ops leadership - Mentor Producers, Release Managers, and Engineering Leaders involved in live delivery ecosystemResponsabilidades - Significant experience in live operations, release management, or related field in a live-service environment - Experience owning or influencing high-frequency releases across multiple teams - Strong operational judgment balancing speed, risk, user experience, and priorities - Technical fluency in software delivery, deployment workflows, validation, monitoring, and incident response - Experience partnering with Engineering on release tooling, automation, and production systems - Understanding of roadmap planning, dependency management, release readiness, and governance - Experience improving operating models, tooling, and cross-team processes - Ability to switch between strategic planning and detailed execution while staying close to delivery - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership without relying on direct authority - Experience leading teams in Production, Live Ops, Release Management, or related areas - Clear communication of risks to technical and non-technical audiences - Preference for AI-enabled tools to improve roadmap analysis, risk identification, and incident responseRequisitos principales -
