In this Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner role for the EMEA Data Center segment, you will drive profitable, cash-generative growth through strategic financial leadership. You’ll partner with segment leadership and cross-functional teams to inform pricing, mix, and investment decisions aligned with Eaton’s sustainability goals. You translate market intelligence into strategic plans, simplify complex scenarios for executive decisions, and maintain disciplined risk management. This position offers visibility in strategic forums and the opportunity to shape how the segment delivers value across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Responsabilidades

Provide forward-looking financial counsel to segment leadership and translate opportunities into actionable plans




Serve as financial co-pilot to Segment Directors, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and commercial initiatives
Simplify complex financial and commercial scenarios to improve decision clarity on pricing, mix, profitability and investments
Promote disciplined risk management by making tradeoffs on cash, margin and risk exposure transparent
Translate customer/market intelligence into inputs for strategic planning
Support Strategic Plan and Profit Plan directional work

Requisitos principales

Minimum 5 years of commercial finance xqziphu experience in a multinational environment
Bachelors degree; Master or MBA preferred
Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Experience with Salesforce and Power BI for insights and decision support
Strategic and commercial acumen; ability to challenge and influence
Executive storytelling and scenario modeling; ability to simplify complex topics
