Experteer Overview
In this role you design and own the system engineering scope for high-power converter systems (e.g., SFC, STATCOM) across sales to project execution. You collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Project Management and Service to ensure compliant, high-performance solutions. You will run simulations, specify components, define controls and protections, and contribute to Ru0026amp;D and process improvement. Your work supports grid integration of renewables and grid reliability in a global, multidisciplinary setting. You’ll travel globally and help shape advanced power conversion technology.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design power electronic converter systems from tendering to execution, including customer/site interactions
• Own system engineering throughout project delivery in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Perform system design tasks: simulations (harmonics, transients), performance calculations, spec sub-suppliers, control and protection definitions, design documentation
• Ensure compliance with standards, customer specs and grid codes
• Identify risks and opportunities with mitigation measures




• Collaborate with Ru0026D on system design and modeling of converters
• Define and evaluate on-site performance measurements
• Contribute to engineering process development through knowledge sharing and conferences

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in power electronics and/or power system simulations in industry
• Hydropower or railway sector experience is a plus
• Experience with Matlab/Simulink is a plus
• Strong delivery focus and responsibility for internal and external deliverables
• Excellent communication skills in a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Curiosity and drive for continuous development
• Fluent in English; German or other languages advantageous
• Willingness to travel globally (u003c10%)
