About The Role
Join a customer service team supporting an established banking company, where you will help customers and non-customers with everyday banking enquiries, products, services, and telephone banking operations.
This is a customer-focused role with no sales focus mentioned: your main responsibility will be to provide clear, accurate and efficient assistance across phone, web and app channels.
What you'll do
- Handle incoming calls from banking customers and non-customers.
- Provide information about banking products, services and procedures.
- Resolve telephone banking enquiries and eligible banking operations according to established procedures.
- Assist users with navigation and enquiries related to the bank's website and mobile app.
- Understand the customer's request, identify the appropriate solution and resolve it efficiently.
- Follow banking procedures and service guidelines while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
Working hours Choose from several schedule options depending on your availability:
Morning shift: 08:00–16:00, Monday–Sunday
Afternoon shift: 15:00–22:00, Monday–Sunday
Late shift: From 20:00
Night shift: From 22:00
Weekend work is organised with days off during the week.
Salary & benefits
Salary follows the Spanish Contact Center collective agreement, with an additional language allowance:
Weekly hours: 38.5 h/week
Gross annual base salary: €16,919.84
Language allowance: €129.27 gross/month
Additional payment: €1.92 gross/hour for Sundays worked.
Paid training
You will receive 25 days of paid training before starting the role.
- 09:00–15:00
- On-site in Madrid or Valencia
- Training is designed to prepare you for the banking service, procedures and customer interactions.
What we're looking for You should be comfortable communicating with customers by phone and working with digital tools.
Required
- Good command of at least one of the following languages: German & English
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to follow established procedures accurately.
- Basic digital skills and confidence navigating websites and mobile applications.
- Availability to work on-site in Rivas-Vaciamadrid.
- Flexibility to work Monday–Sunday according to the assigned shift.
